Upholstery Cleaning

The steam extraction process is similar to carpet cleaning, except for minor differences in tools, chemicals, & workflow to ensure that common stains are removed & that items do not become over-saturated.

Our upholstery service involves the following steps:

Pre-vacuum

Seating surfaces are notorious for having dirt, dust & other particulates that require removal. This is a frequently overlooked but essential step in any cleaning process.
 
Pre-spray & groom

An upholstery-specific pre-spray is applied & carefully groomed into the fibers of the item being cleaned. Then it is left to dwell for a number of minutes to breakdown dirt & common stains.

Steam-extract

Using a hand-held upholstery tool, we steam extract while being mindful of pressure, temperature & vacuum forces to achieve the best possible result.
